Welcoming David Ramdhian as Head of Seed Development

David, or Rambo as he is known to many, brings with him over 30 years of experience in the seed trade, having held senior roles in seed breeding, production, treatment, marketing, and sales with well-known names including Dalgety, DLF, UPL, and most recently RAGT. His appointment is an exciting step forward as we continue to strengthen our seed strategy and ensure farmers have access to an industry-leading range of crops and performance seeds.

In his new role, David will lead the growth of ProCam’s seed offering, working alongside our agronomists to provide expert guidance on crop choice, rotation, and variety selection. By combining this with our core agronomy and crop protection services, we’ll be able to deliver even greater value to our customers.

Speaking about his new position, David said:

“In today’s farming environment, challenges such as climate change, regulatory pressures, and the drive for more sustainable food production mean seed selection has never been more important. My priority is to work closely with ProCam’s agronomists to provide the best cropping advice and solutions that help farms remain successful and resilient.”

David also highlighted the importance of building on ProCam’s already strong reputation:

I’m looking forward to using my experience and industry connections to enhance our seed portfolio and make sure it continues to meet the challenges farmers face, whether that’s drought, flooding, or soil health.”
