POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a knowledgeable, driven and motivated Crop Nutrition Manager to join our team to lead the development and implementation of our full crop nutrition offering covering bio-stimulants, bio-fertilisers, foliar nutrition and bulk fertilisers categories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full responsibility for the setting and delivery of the product strategy for the complete crop nutrition portfolio
- Ownership of the company’s bulk fertiliser strategy
- Manage and develop relationships with key suppliers to enable successful negotiation of product offers and innovation
- Internal and external technical promotion of our offering
- Close collaboration with internal teams to deliver annual growth plans
- Own the forecasting and in season monitoring of sales to ensure continued product supply.
REQUIREMENTS & ABILITIES
- BASIS & FACTS
- Proven agricultural experience with sound knowledge of Crop Nutrition
- Ability to demonstrate success in sales and technical advice
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders
- Full understanding of the UK Crop Nutrition marketplace
- Full awareness of current and future Crop Nutrition legislation
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Hold a valid UK driving license and a willing to travel to our various sites.

We are recruiting for a dynamic and driven Agronomy Services Manager to take the lead in growing and delivering our next-generation agronomy services. You’ll be at the forefront of digital, precision, soil, and crop nutrition utilisation solutions, helping farmers unlock the full potential of their land through data, insight and innovation.
LEADING THE CHARGE
- Lead the growth of our agronomic services offer, including precision planning, soil and tissue testing, digital field monitoring, and tailored crop nutrition plans.
- Lead the development and delivery of FieldSense, our powerful precision platform.
- Lead the development and delivery of SoilSense, our novel soil analysis and soil health service.
- Develop exciting new services that support our agronomists and customers, from decision-support tools and benchmarking reports to sustainability planning and beyond.
TURNING DATA INTO ACTION
- Make data your best ally. Analyse data from the field, soil health reports, services uptake, and customer feedback to drive smart business and agronomy decisions.
- Build dashboards and reports that help colleagues drive efficiency.
AGRONOMY THAT DELIVERS
- Lead the future of innovation in how we deliver agronomy solutions.
- Collaborate with agronomists and customers to help them make confident, data-backed decisions that boost yields, profitability, and sustainability.
EXPERIENCE
- A background in Agronomy or Ag-Tech Services
- BASIS / FACTS qualifications an advantage
- Strategic thinking and a passion for innovation
- A track record of delivering or managing projects

Trainee Agronomist
TRAINEE AGRONOMIST PROGRAMME
ProCam is searching for Trainee Agronomists to join our 2-year Trainee Agronomist Programme
and our well-established team nationwide.
ProCam is a family-owned, independent company which is a market leader in providing
agronomy advice to the arable sector. With 16 depots nationwide the customer service is second
to none for our growers.
Apply to join our 2-year Trainee Agronomist programme if you have a qualification in Agronomy
or Crop Science, or relevant work experience. Candidates should be passionate about the
agricultural sector and providing agronomist services, advice and support, and in return we will
equip you with the knowledge to succeed in this ever-evolving industry.
The programme includes the BASIS qualification in Year 1 and the FACTS qualification in Year 2,
plus a variety of internal courses to ensure that you are well-equipped to start advising
customers. You will be mentored and supported throughout the programme by experienced,
established agronomists and your Regional Sales Manager, in the field and individually.
