ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a full-time sprayer operator to join our team at Cuminestown. The operator will be responsible for driving and operating a self-propelled Bateman Sprayer as part of our crop protection services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safe and efficient operations of self-propelled Bateman sprayer.
- Routine sprayer maintenance and sprayer MOTs.
- Soil sampling.
REQUIREMENTS & ABILITIES
- PA1 & PA2 spraying certificates (essential)
- Previous sprayer operating experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices.
- Willingness to be flexible, working weekends during busy periods.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a knowledgeable, driven and motivated Crop Nutrition Manager to join our team to lead the development and implementation of our full crop nutrition offering covering bio-stimulants, bio-fertilisers, foliar nutrition and bulk fertilisers categories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full responsibility for the setting and delivery of the product strategy for the complete crop nutrition portfolio
- Ownership of the company’s bulk fertiliser strategy
- Manage and develop relationships with key suppliers to enable successful negotiation of product offers and innovation
- Internal and external technical promotion of our offering
- Close collaboration with internal teams to deliver annual growth plans
- Own the forecasting and in season monitoring of sales to ensure continued product supply.
REQUIREMENTS & ABILITIES
- BASIS & FACTS
- Proven agricultural experience with sound knowledge of Crop Nutrition
- Ability to demonstrate success in sales and technical advice
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders
- Full understanding of the UK Crop Nutrition marketplace
- Full awareness of current and future Crop Nutrition legislation
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Hold a valid UK driving license and a willing to travel to our various sites.
