Dear Valued Customer,
With the unprecedented situation we are all currently experiencing due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19), we wanted to provide you with reassurance that all of our agronomy and product delivery services will continue to operate as effectively as they can at all times.
We have been in regular communication with the agri-supply industry sector-body (AIC) to ensure we protect our customers, employees and our supply chain. ProCam are fully complying with Government advice regarding social distancing and all of our administration staff are effectively utilising technology and working from home to protect our front-line workers at this important time and ensure continuation of the service you expect from us.
A significant proportion of the Spring product is already in the UK and we are in constant contact with our suppliers to ensure there is continuity of product supply. ProCam operates from 18 depots across the UK and we have formulated continuity plans which will allow deliveries to be made out of alternative depots in the event one of our depots has to be closed. We are actively discouraging customer collections to minimise the exposure to our employees, where collections are unavoidable we have installed social distancing protocols.
