Conservation Agriculture Conference

29 November 2017 08:30 - 17:30

A day with Frederic Thomas.

Join us for a thoroughly informative day on every aspect of Conservation Agriculture with Frédéric Thomas. This event will benefit everyone whatever your level of interest or experience of Conservation Agriculture.

Frédéric Thomas is a Farmer, founder, and editor of TCS magazine, consultant, and trainer in conservation agriculture.

He is known and recognized internationally, Frédéric is one of the best experts in conservation agriculture.

For more than 20 years he has studied, developed and practiced this systems approach to agriculture on his farm, creating a healthy and biologically active soil which is productive, economical and truly sustainable.

Frédéric writes about the day, “I will address, of course, no-till and cover crops but also soil fertility regeneration and management, weed and pest management, companion cropping (OSR and wheat now) but also propose new ways to incorporate animals production into cereal rotations. The ideal according to the number of people would be to spend also a lot of time on questions in order to respond closer to the farmers and advisers that will be coming. I kind of like this part and feel very confident about it even in English and usually, the result is great for the audience.”
